She earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Thomas Jefferson University School of Nursing, building on her first degree, a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Arcadia University. Starting her career as a labor and delivery nurse, Sierra became known for her compassionate, personalized care. During this time, she developed a warm bedside manner and mastered the ability to manage unexpected and emergent situations with confidence and precision. These skills have seamlessly translated to her work in aesthetics, allowing her to empower patients and boost their confidence, bringing her expertise from the bedside to the medspa.

Fascinated by the artistry and innovation of aesthetic medicine, Sierra shifted her focus and immersed herself in the field through comprehensive training and education. Her journey includes experience at three medspas, where she honed her techniques and gained a deep understanding of medspa operations. Sierra is particularly passionate about achieving facial balance and delivering natural, harmonious results, ensuring her patients look and feel like the best version of themselves.
